Beginning in 1954, Roslyn Farm Corporation has established itself as a multigenerational family business that develops and manages commercial and industrial properties throughout the Tri-Cities Region.

Roslyn Farm owns and actively manages over 400,000 square feet of office, commercial and industrial space located along Interstates 95, 295, 85 as well as along US Route 460 and US Route 1. Roslyn Farm also develops and maintains over 1,200 acres of industrial, commercial, and environmental properties in Colonial Heights, Prince George, Petersburg, Dinwiddie, and Surry Counties. This includes numerous multi-tenant commercial and office locations, industrial manufacturing and warehouse opportunities, managed timber, conversation areas and wetland mitigation banks.
